BeamQ 100 MW Green Laser

I have wanted a powerful green laser for a long time . I finally found one that I could afford that would ship here at Beam Q Laser. I was very nervous buying over the internet because people can claim anything and show anything on an internet page and when you receive something that is not as advertised you are pretty much stuck with it . After waiting a while for my laser ,due to the holidays , I was disappointed when it failed to light a match as advertised and even worse it dimmed to less than my 50mw laser . I was relieved to find out that Todd from Beam Q Lasers is a man of his word and agreed to ship me a replacement (even before he had received the defective return).
The new one is of an improved build with two safety features . The knurled grip rotates to cover the push button switch and there is a key lock switch on the end of the laser . The new laser lights a match from 6" in under a second and punches through black vapor barrier plastic . I strongly suggest Safety goggles if you use this laser indoors .
The only negative I can say about the laser is that someone put silicone on the threads of the lens retainer and got some on the lens itself. The laser still works but would be nicer without this .
Bottom line - BeamQ is a company that can be trusted .
